Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full and/or partial refund or exchange. Most of our items are sold AS IS and should be thoroughly inspected prior to purchasing.

To be eligible for a refund and/or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is an animal, please note that we do not accept an animal back on our farm due to bio-security reasons. We can assist the buyer in finding the animal a new home.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Equipment;
  • Hay and straw;
  • Dog and/or puppy;
  • Goat, sheep, cattle, guinea fowl, chicken; and
  • Meat and/or chicken eggs

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos and/or videos of the purchased item(s).

If the purchased item is an animal and it is experiencing a life-threating condition or passed away, we require a veterinarian report identifying the life-threating diagnosis or states that the animal has been put down or has passed away. The report must identify the veterinarian’s name, practice location, phone number, detailed report of the services provided, and cost of service(s). We do reserve the right to contact the veterinarian to verify the information provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you notification via email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of the approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a similar item, send us an email at tcflivestock@gmail.com.

Shipping returns

To return your non-animal product, you should mail your product to: 13493 Twp. Rd. 166, Bloomingdale, OH 43910.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
